At Mitchell House, we offer flexible and competitive pricing for office space rentals. We also offer an Internal Insuring/Repairing Lease, which means that we take responsibility for any damages to the building. This saves you money on surveyors and repair bills.
All offices at Mitchell House have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A+ which is great for reducing your heating bills.
To get this rating, we have made the building highly energy efficient through major upgrades like renewable energy sources, superior insulation, and efficient heating and lighting.
Entry is permitted following agreement of a short or long-term lease and completion of a formal missive under Scots Law.
Each party shall bear their own legal costs in preparing the lease, with the incoming tenant liable for any Registration Dues or LBTT thereon.
According to the Scottish Assessor’s website (www.saa.gov.uk), the subjects have a Rateable Value of the following:
Office Zone 1 - First Floor: £14,000 with a possible discount of up to 100%.
Office Zone 2 - First Floor: £14,000 with a possible discount of up to 100%.
Office Zone 3 - First Floor: £12,000 Net.
Office Zone 4 - Ground Floor: Not Applicable.
Office Zone 5 - Ground Floor: £12,000 Net.
Office Zone 6 - Ground Floor: Not Applicable.
